For all our guests traveling to the Dominican Republic, we recommend purchasing tourist cards online prior to travel to save time at the airport. You may purchase the tourist cards (cost is $10 per person) here: https://www.dgii.gov.do/Tturistaweb/

Note: The tourist fee needs to be paid to enter the country and the tourist fee is collected at the first line you encounter at the airport. By pre-paying and printing/carrying the tourist card, you can skip this first line and go directly to customs which is the second line.

Edit 1/13/16: The tourist card will appear on your account/card statement as a charge from the Dominican Republic. Your bank may call you to authorize the transaction. Just confirm the amount matches the amount for the number of tourist cards you are purchasing before confirming the charge.   

  Passports are required for all individuals travelling to the Domincan Republic and cannot expire within 6 months of entering the country.
