Below you will find all the information you need to book your stay:
Resort: Paradisus Punta Cana in Bavaro Dominican Republic (NOT Paradisus Palma Real)
Date Information:
- Welcome BBQ will be held on Friday September 11th 2015 at 5 pm.
- Wedding Ceremony will be held on the beach at the resort at 5:30 pm with the reception to follow.
Flight Information - Southwest flys direct out of BWI but will not release their September booking schedule until the end of February. The flight time is approximately 4 hours. Please check flight schedules for departures out of other airports.
Passport - A valid passport is required for travel to and from the Dominican Republic. Passports can take 5-6 weeks to acquire if applying for one.
We encourage everyone to use our travel agent Gail Watson when booking your flight, transfer and stay at Paradisus Punta Cana.
We have reserved a block of rooms with group rates with Gail.

We recommend minimum travel dates of Thursday, September 10th through Sunday, September 13th (3 nights) to enjoy all of our wedding activities. (Please see Wedding Events page for more details)
However, we would love for you to stay as long as possible to be able to enjoy everything that the Dominican has to offer.
Our resort has two different locations, Paradisus Punta Cana and The Reserve at Paradisus Punta Cana. You can stay at either location and still attend our wedding. (Please do not book a room at Paradisus Palma Real in the Dominican, this is NOT the same resort)
The Reserve is more private area that has it's own pool and nicer rooms. However, it is more expensive and further away from most of the activities on the resort. Also, Reserve guests have special access to certain restaurants and amenities that are not avaiable to Paradisus Punta Cana guests.
