We met at Welcome Missionary Baptist Church after morning service. I was asked to attend a young adult event in the future. I attended that event and Alicia asked me to attend another event, which was ballroom dance lessons. I attended that event and had a great time with Alicia and I asked for her number and a date. Our first date was a soul food restaurant Ettoufe' in Southfield in April of 2006. We went on numberous other dates and found ourselves really enjoying each other. We eventually started dating only each other exclusively and going to worship God together at church. Our engagement and eventual marriage was heavenly made. In God's house we met and through his mercy and grace we will be together forever.

Our wedding will be held at Welcome Missionary Baptist Church in Pontiac, Michigan at 3pm, sharp!

We will celebrate the beginning of our marriage at St. George's Cultural Center in Bloomfield, Michigan immediately following our wedding ceremony.
